What are the sizes of the storage rooms?
Box: These are our standard storage rooms. They are 2.90 meters high and have sizes ranging from 1.5m² to 10m². They are ideal for storing things that don’t fit at home: from a bicycle or a baby stroller to the contents of an entire apartment.
If the size chosen doesn’t suit me, can I change storage rooms later?
Yes, whenever I want and without penalty.
Can I visit the storage rooms?
We will be happy to welcome you to our centers so that you can get to know our facilities and security systems better.
We can also advise you on which size of storage room or warehouse best suits your space needs.

How to book?
You can reserve your storage room by phone or online at info@tdetraster.com up to 14 days before arrival. It is not possible to reserve directly at the center because there is no customer service office at the center.

If you are an individual, you can cancel your storage room reservation at no cost within a maximum period of 14 days from the formalization of the reservation, and as long as you have not taken possession of your storage room. If after the 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal you decide to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the month of rent.
If you are a professional, if you cancel your reservation you will be charged the month of rent if you decide to cancel your reservation.
How to hire?
To hire a storage room, you can contact us. Once we have contacted you, we will ask you for the necessary information to hire. You will need to know:
- The size of the storage room
- What duration (monthly or prepayment 1 year)
- Amount you want to insure
- Remember that you cannot hang things or make holes in the wall, ceiling or floor.
To formalize the reservation we will need you to provide us with your personal details and your bank card details and the account where to direct debit the receipts.
Once the reservation is made, we will send you a confirmation email in which we will include the general and specific conditions of your contract.
You will only have to accept these conditions online, make the payment for the reservation and send us the requested documentation: a copy of the identity document of the contractor or representative of the company that contracts the warehouse or storage room.
If you do not have an email, you can provide us with that of a close relative.
Minimum contract duration
The duration will depend on the plan you have contracted:
- Monthly Plan: 1 more
- Annual Plan: 1 year
The minimum initial duration is 1 more or one year, depending on what you have contracted. You can use it for less time than contracted, but you will be charged for the entire contracted period.
The contract will be tacitly extended for the same periods you have contracted, counted from the 1st of each month, unless you notify us with 15 days’ notice that you want to change the duration or you wish to leave the storage room.
How to end the contract and leave the storage room?
If you have a Monthly rate, you must notify 15 days before the end of the following month
If you have an Annual Prepaid rate, you must notify 15 days before the end of the annual period.
In any case, you must notify your center by email and we will send you the termination document that you must return signed.
Before the end of the period, you must remove all the goods and leave it clean and in optimal conditions.
If you leave goods there, it will be considered that you waive your right of ownership over them and they will be considered abandoned.
You may be charged for removing the goods or cleaning the storage room.
What is the purpose of the deposit?
The deposit serves as a guarantee of compliance with the obligations assumed by the client, especially those of a pecuniary nature and those relating to good conservation and cleaning, as well as damage and dirt caused in the common areas.
How and when is the deposit returned?
The deposit will be returned to the client, after verification of the condition of the storage room and provided that he is up to date with payments, by bank transfer within 30 calendar days of signing the contract termination document.
It is important that you leave it clean and free of goods so that we can return your deposit
Administrative management costs will be deducted from the amount of the deposit.
What are the access hours to the storage rooms?
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How do you access the storage rooms?
You access it through the entrance or pedestrian door by entering your access code. Each client places their own padlock on the door of each storage room.
What are the dimensions of the storage room doors?
The access doors to the storage rooms are 0.8m to 1.2m wide.
